| Service quotation |
 A service quotation will be prepared to address the requirements of the clients brief and all quoted prices are based on the information supplied by the client.- Any errors, omissions or subsequent amendments will incur additional charges to meet the new specifications.
- All prices quoted will remain firm for a period of 30 days from the date of the service quotation unless otherwise stated.

| Commencement of work |
- Before any work is commenced, the client agrees to provide approval of acceptance of the Service Quotation by:
- purchase order / written approval
- deposit equal to 50% of quoted work
- Upon receipt of deposit, the work will be scheduled. Final commitment by Third Planet Publications to any agreed delivery date is subject to previous work obligations.

| Payment of account |
- The balance of monies owing is payable within fourteen days of the date of completion or supply of the work unless otherwise stated.
- Invoices not paid by the due date will bear interest at the nominated rate until paid in full.

| Ownership of materials, intellectual property and copyright |
- All designs and artwork produced by Third Planet Publications to fulfill the requirements of the client brief remain the property of Third Planet Publications and may be used for promotional purposes.
- The client is granted the exclusive right to retain and use finished artwork for use within their organization for whatever purposes they desire.
